I thought I was crazy watching these baking videos to fall asleep to, but I guess I’m wrong. They make me drowsy so fast. I truly love them.

i am so fascinated by your videos i like the decoration and the relevance you show by making the macarons i tried several times and i can't seem to make them i don't know why even though i saw several videos I would like to make them because I too am thinking of opening a very small pastry shop like yours, it's my dream but I think it's not easy

I hope I can one day nail making macarons and then try this. I’ve been wanting to give it a try again. Last time I tried was years ago, probably 5 or more. Back then they’d be too runny, I don’t remember why. Sometimes it doesn’t seem too hard but I know making the maringue shouldn’t be underestimated.

So interesting how different you make the batter and yet they look just perfect!
