I only have one Elvis Golden Records Vol. 4 in my collection and it is the Tan AFL1, bought sealed, carefully opened to reveal the disc. That's a good one.

Great show Robert. No I did not buy the long box cassettes on eBay. So congratulations on your purchase.

I think the long boxes were more to fit on stores’ existing LP shelves. As far as the tan AFL1 Gold 4, they could’ve used leftover labels. When he died, they were rush-pressing his albums so it makes sense. This could also account for the Double Trouble tan label. Great show as always, Bob!

Nice show, Robert. I have also found several grooved tan labels on rigid vinyl. I have them for GI Blues, Blue Hawaii, He Touched Me, Promised Land, Today and From EP Boulevard. Some of those still say dynaflex on the label even though they are on rigid vinyl.

Hello, I love all your shows, they are filled with major information for any collectors who wants to know more about everything Elvis. I refer to you as a reference in the wonderful world of Elvis, because I own the Madison Square Garden album, but I have a very different edition and I would like to know more about its history. It's a vinyl burning error. Because the songs on side A are the same as on side B, even the grooves of the disc are slightly different on both sides, but with the same songs that repeat in full. Nothing is different on the cover, which is Canadian. And the labels in the center of the vinyl are TAN, so it's a re-issue, but really showing side A and side B. So a vinyl printing error that was probably quickly removed. I contacted some people and they don't know about it. I don't want to resell it on the contrary I especially want to know what really happened. Its release date the date of the recall. And also they did not use the right matrix. find out more if possible. It is a Canadian product, the maple leaf is clearly visible on the cover. Thank you for your attention to my request. I wish you long life and already looking forward to your next edition. Take care.

YES! Sorry I didn't mention it but the TAN label RCA regular release of "Aloha From Hawaii" (not the record club issue) is also a tough one to find.

I have an Elvis Country tan label, but a side 1/2

I opened a couple of my sealed copys of US Paradise Hawian style first was a 77 black label but lucky me second was a 76 tan...unfortunatly the covers are identicle so annother reason not to keep them sealed,,since that the only way to know

Love your channel, and the knowledge you've been sharing has made collecting Elvis much easier, especially since my local record store has just acquired and started putting out a collection of over 200 Elvis records! That being said, I've got a question about the copy of Good Times I picked up. I don't remember if you covered it in a previous episode, but I've got both the "My Boy" and "I've Got A Thing About You Baby" hype stickers on the shrink. From what I understand, this is the version that is the most desirable. However, the "My Boy" sticker is covering the "I've Got A Thing About You Baby" sticker. Is this roughly as valuable, or is this considered the same as having a "My Boy" only copy? Not that I plan to sell, but it's cool to know what I've got. Thanks, and TCB!

"Good Times" came with the "I've Got a Thing About You, Baby" sticker FIRST and was later covered up by RCA with the unusually large "My Boy" sticker when the song became a hit overseas. It is completely normal and more valuable to have both stickers on the cover that way. I don't believe I've ever seen a copy with just the "My Boy" sticker alone. Hope that helps.

Hey Tommy. I've gotten a lot of inquires about that shirt every time I wear it. I got it off the internet. Saw it on my Facebook feed as an ad. It offered several tee shirts with different Elvis' album covers on them. I ordered two. After recieving them, I went back to their website several months later to see if they had new ones and couldn't locate the web site. Haven't seen it ever since.

I found this box set at a local record store that took in a library of LP’s this collection was large a one story building. I was invited too look and buy. Wow it was set up like a library they had many book shelf 10ft long and about 8feet tall it was all Elvis.. I found a first pressing of a 1957 Christmas album with the gold sticker.. yes I bought it. Same place I bought the blue Hawaii 3 lp box set. It’s listed on Discogs (not mine)

@@elvis_aaron_presley1977 The Moody Blue album was and always has been pressed on a Black label, it NEVER had a Tan label unless it’s from Canada or abroad. Hope this helps. 😊
