So the real question is when are you buying a 964? Honestly I’m loving the Porsche content, first I love them, and second nobody else is featuring Porsche old or new.

993 The coolest ever 911 in the coolest ever Porsche colour. Iris blue with marble grey leather was the launch advertising colours for these. You missed mentioning the turbo s front light air scoop mod. beautiful cars. Get one, you wont regret it! I love mine!

Been watching so much of your content lately. Love the honesty and down-to-earthness, saying ‘look at is sat there! Chaos!’ Means so much more than interior plastics or whatever rubbish other you tubers talk about. Also love how you take time to respond to comments etc. CHAOS!

Previous video about cost of your collection was enlightening. It’s easy to forget how KZreadrs are able to purchase so many cars and justify it. Did not expect your collection to cost so much. One forgets, including me, that there is more to the costs of a car than its purchase price, sadly. Thanks for another video!

993 for me is arguably the best looking 911... Until I look the latest generation which is stunning in different ways 🤷‍♂️. Get one for the classic collection Tom 👌

No way the new 992 is better looking than 993. It's way too big and clumsy. Yes it's good looking in a "modern supercar sort of way" but definitely not as timeless and classic as 993 (or even 964). Cheers.

@@detonator2112agreed 993 is timeless the 992 is by far the best of the rest since the 993 imo. The lights etc are spot on.... If I was given a free choice of any 911 the 993 would be the one all day long 👍

Love it, i've had two 993s a Carrera and a turbo, they were fantastic, kicked the shit out of the Carrera and nothing went wrong with it in 5 years! Moved onto the turbo and it tripled in value letting me get into GT cars. Market has softened in last few years so a great time to buy a straight Carrera 2 manual at a (relatively) reasonable price. Great video, love all the Porsche content!

Like I said to you before Tom 993's are the way forward...they wont depreciate. My old man had a 98' targa tiptronic in pastel yellow with 58k on the clock. He owned it for 5 years and later sold it back to specialist cars in malton which then had appreciated 20K in value. They sound well more enhanced compared to the water cooled 911's. Tbh the best porsche ever made

Ah yes Cridfords. I recall them as being based in a rather quaint wooden shed. These well established specialists have been the backbone for Porsche enthusiasts long before the OPC's embraced the idea of working with older models. Would be great to see TGE doing a tour of the UK's leading independent specialists presenting an insight into their businesses. Unusual to see the Tequipment front corner spoilers on the front only however matched to the rear roof spoiler and the optional Tequipment front fog lamps with cooling ducts makes for a nice combination. Were it me I think orange front and side indicators would add to the period feel a little more. Is it a Varioram car? Wishing Mr.993 many miles of happy motoring. Thank you.

With all the fuss about the 993s, I drove (my 992 S) down to the dealer to test drive a ‘98 911 C2 last night. I found it slow, clunky and super awkward..it also doesn’t have a tilt wheel and the steering wheel was so high up it felt like i was driving a school bus. Bummed b/c I really wanted to love it but I just wasn’t feeling it.

Unfortunately im 2 years too late. I did mention to you not long ago that you wouldnt regret buying a 993. It is the best driving,looking,sounding mechanical porsche money can buy. Owned every car from the 964..993..996.. 991 and 992. Personally if your in the 100K+club the S and the 4S would be my personal choice. I wouldnt have the turbo though due to the dilute sound. The turbo is laggy plus the extra horsepower is hardly noticeable. Personally i think the air cooled naturally aspirated is the best choice.
