FUN FACT: The names for the pokemon Elgyem and Beheeyem are actually a kind of play on words situation. They sound out the acronyms used to describe space aliens. 👽 Elgyem (L.G.M.) stands for "Little green men". While Beheeyem (B.E.M.) stood for "Bug Eyed Monster". When I heard about this I thought that was super clever.

A few fun facts I have learned from doing this challenge myself, 1.)As of last Friday, there are currently only 4 pokemon who dont have english card versions: Hydrapple, Archaludon, Terapagos, and Pecharunt 2.)If including all regional forms as seperate pokemon, there are exactly 1080 pokemon, which is enough to fill up 3 whole 9 pocket binders perfectly That's all I have that I can think of, but if anyone else knows any others, I'd love to hear them.

Fireworks coordination at the end was clean XD

Also lucky for you gen 6 is the smallest generation and the xy sets were literally in products up until a few years ago (And even then, you'll still occasionally find a steam siege pack at a family dollar or something) so it should be by far the easiest generation so far!

This has become one of my favourite series on all of KZread. Collecting every single Pokemon, Gen by Gen, is a fun enough idea on its own. But you always make it so exciting and fun to watch. Thanks for the great content - looking forward to Gen 6!

The awareness you have when editing and recording the voice over for these videos is so so incredibly kind. You know these kids are just waiting to see themselves in your video and the way you hype everyone up in the voice over must just be SO special for kids/anyone to come to your channel and see. You’re a good one man.

Ian has been the true MVP. Going beyond the camera just to see you finish this challenge. The problem is you are running out of time pretty fast. In only two days it's June. You have 4 gens left to do.

Thank you SO much for making this series happen. I have loved watching all of these videos because I have actually been trying to collect the pokedex too. You definitely have made yourself stand out Pat, especially because no other pokemon youtuber has ever even tried doing this before.

This was the Gen I was most nervous about and I'm so relieved you managed to complete it!! Thankfully all the other Gens after this have less then 100 Pokemon, so it should be easier from here on. Best of luck!!

My favorite part of all these vids has been the generosity of every one who has gotten involved. For a while the scalpers took away the fun from this hobby during the pandemic. So I love seeing people helping each other out in this hobby once again. I am enjoying it more again and have been able to enjoy quality time with my son thanks to this hobby that we both enjoy.

Everybody that helps in these videos is awesome! They did so much to make this video incredible, and shout out to the awesome and organized card shops!

I think my favourite part of these videos are the kiddos that get to be included! I remember being so excited anytime I got to be part of nerd events and when adults would actually wanna talk about nerd stuff! The parents with their kiddos are so precious! Love this series

The fireworks at the end was the best timing ever!

Every time i see a "collect every card from this set" video I know that my collection probably never would have helped, I just don't have the money to get the most rare cards. But because I still wanted to have a collection with an endpoint I started collecting every pokemon years ago. It's so funny to see them glossing over awesome illustration rares and get super excited about those last cards they needed, because it's the first time that people are searching for cards that I have had for years. I think I'll appreciate them more from now on.

3 things I love about this series. One great idea for a challenge. 2 everyone helping you out to get it done. 3 seeing all the different Pokemon and cards.
