They should just drop the whole rework idea and change her back to what she was before the patch. It's a cool concept but very hard to make it balanced, she's either too strong or super trash..

​@@le0shadow just buy diffussal blade on anyone that has low attack animation and fast attack speed and you're good to go. also in this scenario medusa didn't have ANY strength placeholders and deserved to die and i know this is pro gameplay but they do stupid things sometimes because they're just as human as any herald or divine.

Based on the comments in this video, people haven't been reading the patch and doesn't know how the new medusa work. She doesn't need hp. She needs mana and mana regen. Her mana shield is innate. It's not breakable.

Zero point in buying fluffy hat, when you can just buy treads of which you benefit way more. Treads and one wb is enough to protect against lvl 2 ult.

@@user-wi8fr9ee7u Its not all useless because hp is still hp and medusa needs hp vs axes ult to not get 1 shot from full hp. But power treads is a much better option since it gives attack speed as well and youll make treads anyway.

Medusa has no starting strength and strength gain meaning if she doesn't buy any str or raw HP items her health will remain the same. She now starts with lvl.1mana shield passive that can be levelled up to 5 times and mana shield is also her very source of survivability as it blocks 98% of damage she receives. Mana is what makes her stupidly tanky but ofc with her very low health early game she is susceptible to raw hp threshold kill potential of Culling Blade.

axe's ult immediately kills a hero with health < threshold (about 300 on the first level), so it passes through dazzle's grave, troll's ulti and others including medusa shield

@@thundercokk Dota 7.33 introduced new type hero "Universal". Medusa now has 0 STR gain , so her HP is will stay like what she has in Lv 1 unless she buy an items than can grant HP/STR stat.

everything is temporary but making a pig face then oyoyoy and hand on a head is permanent from dyrachyo.. seen many GG games and he always does this cringe shit

Why dont valve just make axe chop unavoidable death based on percentage rather than hero health? Eg if a hero has less than 15% than culling blade is 100% kills, it would save all these problems
