I know it is tempting to replace Forrester as team leader with another white alpha male... you don't have to re-write the concept or even some scripts... But PLEASE.... CBS can afford to have a FBI entry with three female leads. And the conflict with the team struggling to accept a new alpha male team leader has been done, done, done to death. For example, on "FBI: Most Wanted" when Dylan McDermott replaced Julian McMahon. THREE FEMALE LEADS. Perfect format for the slow between "FBI" and whatever replaces "FBI Most Wanted" which isn't working at all. Maybe the series needs a male super-villain who is hiding his evil nature behind a FBI badge. "Silence of the Lambs" where this FBI agent is tracking down a crime lord who is his "film noir" alter ego, he can't control his desire to shoot the really bad guys in the head, so he has created a phony alter ego to pin the crimes on.
