He’s right though. Milroe has to show more than raw athletic ability. He must step-up in both his WR reads and in running DeBoer’s offense if this team is to meet fan expectations. On the other hand, Thorne has avg QB ability (at best), AU’s team is avg (at best) and fan expectations are substantially lower. That’s an easy bar for Thorne to reach.

Sorry Cole but as an LSU fan watching from the outside, I never saw 100% of Auburns fan base as behind Harsin. From my vantage point I would say Harsin had a solid 33% of the financial supporters against him from the beginning.

Haynes and young were number 1 & 2 in the country in last year's class... Jam miller is an experienced bama back. No way I take au backfield over that... "On top of that" milroe is the best RB on the field at all times.

Bama is still bama. The recruiting rankings are telling everyone that. Yes there's more challengers. But we got a coach that was just in the playoffs. Saban just signed a contract as an advisor. Will they win every year, no. nobody will with the rise of Texas and other great teams.
