My father played this song in the car when I was a little boy. He recently passed away and this song brings me peace when I hear it. Literally a warmth envelopes my entire being and I feel his love… I can’t explain it but I know he is smiling down on me from heaven. Viva La Vida is such a spiritual album ❤

I still remember watching this over and over again with my siblings and thinking that they were really stunning because we never seen artists like them, it's been so long, so many memories.

The best Coldplay album by far. Although, Parachutes is a masterpiece and so is A Rush of Blood, Viva is just purely creative, colorful and brilliant.

+Dystopia I know everyone is entitled to their opinion but you obviously didn't give the new album a chance there is a clear difference in song styles such as "Everglow" and "Amazing day" those songs pay homage to the older coldplay fans. With "adventure of a lifetime" and "hymn for the weekend" they go for a new look and pull it off suprisingly well. If i were you i would give it another listen too because it is phenomenal

This is a masterpiece of a song and what I love about these incredible musicians is they didn’t take themselves over seriously and in fact stated U2 on a different musical level. That has earned them incredible respect and still remain one of the great bands. An epic powerful song this is and beautifully written and constructed.

This, Cemeteries of London, and Strawberry Swing are probably my three favorite Coldplay songs. Viva La Vida is a classic, but there's only so many times you can listen to it before it gets stale I feel. This, though, it never gets old for me.

The ending verse got me. And the video made so much sense. He was waking around eggshells, and flumbling half the time, had she told him that she’s always loved him, he wouldn’t have walked around eggshells. But you can’t turn back time . I’ve always liked that part ever since I’ve heard it back then, something about the melancholy piano and his voice alone.

Can’t believe it’s 16 years from this song. I born in 2008 and I literally grew up listening to Coldplay on the radio. I'm not in to the music of today i prefer the 70's and 80's and Rock, not like it used to be but i like this song, I like a few by Bruno Mars but for the rest I have no idea what is out there lol
