Traumatized for life. That's an emotional response, not a positive 1, but 1 just the same. Your welcome.

Some keep going, others try to play it off & are like there's nothing to see here. Ikr, can't imagine animals having subtle differences in their behavior, but it *_IS_* true. I would say your "seeing the light" of good music. I used to listen to all that around when Nu-Metal and Pop-Punk was huge, then I "saw the light". Dance/Club music and modern Metal is what puts music in the toilet, and stuff like this attempts to bring it back out. Both ends of the musical spectrum and both just "noise" to me. There are countless genres inbetween, amazing genres of music over the last century. Go and discover them.

Idk why, but this song always makes me cry for some reason.

This song really speaks to me. Often times I feel too overwhelmed with the place I'm in and dream of somewhere else. I try to run away from my problems instead of solve them. A lot of people probably think of me as spoiled and irresponsible because of this, and I who knows if they're right. This is just me. I probably need to stop and wake up, but would that drain all the emotion from me? Everyone is born with a colorful mind. If I spend too much time with my thoughts, and metaphorically polish and repaint my colors, I will retain mentally free, but the stress of reality continues to grow behind me. Yet, somehow I know it's okay. I need to stay here, with my thoughts. It makes me happy and somehow I know it's best for me. Right now, I'm in a place full of color and if I leave, I won't be happy. I'll be changed. My colors will grow dull. Who knows what the future holds? For now I need to relish every moment of freedom.

This song just reminds me of childhood in the car with my mom
