    Good video but do remember the main reason people die while experiencing CWS is due to inhalation of water. This obviously doesn't occur while you slowly walk out into the water for a swim, it occurs when you fall into or dive into cold water. As soon as you hit the water you will lose all control of your breathing and you will inhale huge gulps repeatedly for up to a minute. If your head is under the water when this occurs you will inhale water, that could knock you unconscious within seconds or cause you to sink and drown. You will have next to no ability to hold your breath or swim or even think straight during CWS so you need to do two things, protect your airway as you spasm inhale and float on your back.
