Lee Ross was ahead of his time setting the benchmark for Super EE rewards. Would've been awesome to revisit all Cold War's maps EE's again for the second time, only this time with a specific rule-set in mind

I don't mind the rewards tbh, purple rarity starting weapon is really nice. Treyarch didn't have to give us a reward and they did, so I'm just grateful that we got something, I can understand why people would be disappointed though, the reward could be better but, it is what it is.

I'm grateful but still very disappointed since they made it out to be huge, with "dozens" of rewards. They did give a lot of emblems and a cool watch but it would have been pretty cool maybe to start with 5k points or getting a free perma perk. Maybe there's more to come

I don’t mind it I just don’t get why they say there will be rooms unlocked for all zombies maps when that’s clearly not the reward. Maybe later on they will add more rewards like someone said but in the meantime epic starting weapon? Count me in!!!

I think unlocking Double Tap would've been an amazing reward. Think about it. 9 Perks on the Wunderfizz, with an additional slot. A Perk the communities been asking for since Day 1; and the game's already overpowered enough as it is. Why not add something like Double Tap as one last "Hurrah!" For Cold War?

Honestly i wish one of the rewards was the casual Maxis from the Forsaken cutscenes it would be a cool way to unlock the operator without having to buy Maxis and it kinda sucks that you cant use these rewards in Warzone and that there locked in Cold War but i can see why they are locked since you cant unlock them in Warzone

I was hoping the super ee would be something special you could find in each round based map, but it's still alright

It does sound like Monty!!! I hope he returns! That'd be such a classic throwback, and I think it'd help the story by connecting the stories together.

We still got something out of it. I’m not going to throw a tantrum about it. It still is a decent reward, but the expectation everyone has is always too high.

Wow, I work nights and I’m about to finish my shift. Was looking forward to coming home and doing this (I’ve done all the EEs). How underwhelming…. These past weeks we were hoping for chronicles 2 or a new map. When I heard it was just a super EE I was a bit disappointed but thought hey maybe it’ll be some really tough but satisfying final step with a quest tied to it and some dope rewards. Oh well.

One thing I am worried about is the voiceline from the demon possibly being Dr. Monty from the old timeline. While I'm not entirely against Dr. Monty (and maybe the Shadow Man) returning, I do hope Treyarch doesn't open the floodgate and everything returns from the old timeline. Or force Dr. Monty or the Shadow Man into the timeline like "Zykov was actually the reincarnation of The Shadow Man", "Dr. Monty was behind everything all along", "The Shadow Man manipulated Zykov into doing the things he did". I hope they have more passive roles like explaining the old timeline or retelling Samantha and Eddie's story.

Nah the voice of doctor Monty won’t return. That’s why he wasn’t in bo4

I found a mask on outbreak armada and it allowed me to touch it but the demon said "the ritual must be completed" red mask in the control room by the middle

A question if I were to not finish all the Easter eggs but finish the Easter eggs later the weapon is gonna automatically upgrade or do I have to keep going to zoo to make the pact

The watch is the best thing and the tier upgrade

I was really hoping the Halloween event would make a return as the reward. I hope they end up adding more to the super egg to give people more of an incentive to do it. I mean it should still be in the files, and the event could be a toggleable option in the starting room if need be.

I am pretty sure when you make the pact it says “you will earn more in time” or something along the lines of that.

I do think the "cutscene" is pretty cool.

Did you have to have done all the easter eggs prior to the update to be able to do this or can you go back and complete the ones you've missed retroactively?

One question. Does this super Easter egg confirm that they're in a time loop? Previously it seemed completely linear but this appears to make a replay a separate circumstance once time has reset.

Also the lore implications from the Demon about both the old world and new.

I never even knew this existed! Cold War zombies was so special.

I've done all the ee's except for outbreak 1. I've tried it 4 times now and died every time at the boss whether it was running out of time or me just getting downed because of all the zombies and special enemies they throw at you. Still gonna keep trying until I get it because that reward is pretty nice for casual gameplay and just leveling up other weapons.

the reward is decent but a director's-cut style (or just general) multi-boss fight to complete and get the reward would have been fun

Can you still finish the ee before goin there to do the pact I'm missing mauer?

is it possible to change the rarity of your starting weapon when you complete more quests after you make the pact? like if you only completed 3 quests and then you complete the other 3 after doing tha pact

if you do an easter egg offline and then reconnect to Wi-Fi will it track it still don't have Wi-Fi at moment but really want to get progress twards this

already got the new calling cards as soon as the update when live havent completed the outbreak EE forsaken or mauer der toten EE but with all the new dark ops calling cards it gives u i unlocked them and there not the best

can this be done more than once. I have 1 more EE to complete and don't want to do it if I can't go back later

Can you go back and get a higher level if you complete more main quests and then do the ritual or are you stuck with what it is when you did it?

This is a game changer for early game

I think the watch is the only thing that’s worth the time investment aside from the permanent weapon upgrade and lore implications

I honestly think this is a fair reward something that feels strong at the beginning of the game but doesn't matter late game just that feeling of im bit better at the begging, along with a bit of exp also the calling card while it self doesn't look amazing i think thats always a nice reward to rock something people can look at and know thag you took the time to do everything without even talking to you i also think the emblems while not amazing is something a little extra it cool that you r able to equip any charater as an emblem as a little extra. Overall this super ee is cool and deserves more credit my only thought is since its purple if we can do something to make it gold from the start in the future or have a boss fight i think a boss fight that would be cool is like how there is red mimics and manglers in onslaught we could fight a red orda as i secert boss for cold weapons could be a chaotic fight that you could only access if you beat every map

It's exactly the opposite of what you're saying: sure a purple weapon helps in the beginning, but the biggest advantage of it is later on (especially in Outbreak in which a Fury crystal basically gives you a legendary weapon for free) since getting to purple is pretty time consuming. Start with a broken purple weapon for higher rounds *cough cough* balistic knife *cough cough* and get something more versatile for lower rounds while you upgrade your broken gun...

It’s not fair because you don’t even get the actual award. I’ve done all EEs and got the dark ops challenges for all. But I didn’t get epic variant just the rare. So stupid. Then again this is the most bugged game of all time. Because the people that work for treyarch are unable to make a working game.

So if I were to activate it without doing the first outbreak ee am I not able to do it anymore?

On golova where the statue is near pap There is a mask and you can interact with it. Before I did the pact…it told me “we will be waiting” then after I did it…i went up to the mask and it told me to collect mask and said something like “come….join us”

@@malagota123 I’m not sure what the purpose is. I just know that if you don’t do the pact…I don’t think you can collect it but once you do the pact, it show a prompt saying “Collect Mask” so my guess is maybe there are others in the other maps

Just finished the Outbreak 1 ee (4-5 hours later) and yes you can do the remaining ee's with the pact active and still get the rewards. I went to the pillars in zoo and activated the pact and got the Tier 3 perma upgrade!

A bit late but I think the demon is one of the old gods who thanks strike team for getting rid of the forsaken

Again I'm not disappointed as I didn't get over hyped

Sadly went to claim this and have all of them done and I only got pact level 2, how great! I wish the support teams would help instead of forcing me to replay and EE I’ve already done

I've done all the easter eggs (and have all the dark ops saying i've done all the easter eggs) but only got tier 2 rarity weapon, and didnt get The Pact or the watch. Any idea why?

Have to redo the Easter egg on solo and go back to zoo and you get the reward worked for me.

Dalek how do u get all those xp tokens?

Can you redo this ee over and over like could I undo it complete the rest of the ees and come back so I can I have the purple weapon or is it a one time thing

I think this is the voice of the Shadowman or Monty speaking from the dark Aether, which is a bit of a cop out but I would appreciate references to the old story

I don't know if somebody has already asked and/or responded to this but: If I have some EE that I haven't finished, but I claim the reward either way, Can I still being able to re-claim the reward after completing those EE which I have left?
