Hi man thanks for the review, I've been looking to pick this one up. Have you noticed the sheath dulling the blade? I usually have that issue with securex and not sure I want to go the custom sheath route like I did with my Kyotos...

If you are removing it from the sheath frequently, then yes, some dulling will likely occur. This knife is pretty easy to bring back to shaving sharp with just a strop, though.

@@BellowsBlades thanks, yes I see, I'm playing around with it a bit and yes it does indeed dull the knife a bit, but I also think that the stock edge I got on mine is part of the issue, it has very obtuse grind, some kind of weird convex...I guess the situation will improve when I give it a proper V edge with a better angle. We'll see about that. Other than that I'm liking the light weight and easy handling of the knife so far.
