Interesting to see the new offerings from CS in the post-LT/AD era.

Edc, more tactical looking to me. I'm shocked that the company priding itself in many ads and video tests to have the toughest failproof lockback system made a 180 and now markets flimsy linerlocks and blade steel that they scoffed at for decades. Great looking knife, but it wont be one to pass on for generations.

I like the design very much but I wonder how sturdy it really is in its global construction? I mean the blade itself is really thick, which is good, but the liners look quite thin in comparison...is it a robust knife or only for light cutting tasks?

It's your light use EDC because of the thin liners. If you search for a hard use Tanto folder better grab a Recon 1 Tanto...

Cheap steel, thin liners, looks subpart to other Cold Steel folders.. Yep, new management..

That blade stock thickness with those liners means like a 10-15% lockup. The blade thickness makes it seem much stronger than it is. Scary and a pass for me.

Good design, bad steel, thin liner
Ugly looking knife.
