Cold Steel : Blade Show West 2018 Lynn Thompson Sparring
I have 2 Cold Steel knives the Tuff Lite and Code 4 awesome knives their flipper with lock adds the highest level of security for a liner lock knife.
President and Founder Lynn Thompson was out sparring a few times. I included part of one of the lessons he was talking through.

Yes and when he isn't sparring he was walking around with a cane.

Yeah would probably beat me no problem though.
Martial arts is not just fancy moves it also has a human physical element, Lynn sounded out of breath just from the slow demo. I fear he won’t be around much longer until he is able to manage his weight.

I can understand the concern. He was doing multiple sparring events that would exhaust me.

I wouldn't want to meet him for a knife fight. It would be like the video where the guy ran away that would need to be me.

Yes Lynn isnt skinny, but he's out of breath because he's talking and moving at the same time. As a fitness leader for over 10 years I can assess that Lynn isn't too physically exerted in the video. He's still moving and talking comfortably but appears out of breath just because he needs the few seconds he has between words to inhale.
