cold-blooded killer or FRAMED? Was Alice Crimmins really guilty?

Ойын-сауық

Hi friends, Happy Monday!
You ever hear a story where the suspect is so obviously not the killer? Like, something is just not adding up? Enter Alice Crimmins, the so-called "tramp" found guilty for killing her kids. But was she actually guilty, or did these investigators just hate sex-positive women? And WHY weren't these cops looking for fingerprints!?!? The math is seriously not mathing...
Also, let me know who you want me to talk about next time. Hope you have a great rest of your week, make good choices and I'll be seeing you very soon

My son died in a motor vehicle accident a few years ago and we had to go identify his body aswell. I did not cry .... the shock was just to much, tears came later. So I think that focusing on the fact that she did not cry is rediculous. She was judged and found guilty even before she saw the inside of the Court. I feel the husband should have been investigated more. His actions are just suspicious.

I genuinely think if something happened to my children I would absolutely freeze - it’s my go to trauma response, my mind goes in a million different directions at once and it cause me to shut down as I can’t process it all at once and the outpouring of emotion comes later. It’s a perfectly normal and valid human response - traumatic events take time to process whether your reaction is to instantly burst into tears, anger or complete silence at the overwhelming emotions. I genuinely don’t think we should judge others based on initial reactions just because the appearance is not what we expect - or jump to conclusions off of it. The detectives in this case are disgraceful. Even if she was guilty they didn’t prove anything but peoples bias towards women living their life how they want. She very well could’ve been guilty but not based on the evidence provided and the lack of effort to find justice for these kids whether it was her or someone else is disgusting.

It seems plausible that the father killed the kids. He didn't want them, he wanted to control her. He was stalking her & coming in and out of the house at will. I don’t remember much just the screaming on the other end of the phone telling me she was dead. ….. so if you HAVENT lost a child please don’t comment about how you think people will react!!! Not much has changed… I just recently saw the bundle from my court case… a police man who visited me to take a statement about the harassment I was receiving from my ex had put that he suspected I was making it all up to lay the groundwork so I could get full custody in court. He had absolutely no reason to think this, and 6 months later my ex was actually found guilty. It is shocking how women can be judged some days

Oh girl, I am so sorry. You're right that not much has changed. I'm in a different but not dissimilar situation right now. When I went to the police, I could feel all the judgment. I didn't file an official report because I didn't want to be accused of accusing the father of my child for custody reasons. Now, I am about to defend myself in court for "contempt of court" because the narcissist is accusing me of not following the court order. He's listed all the things he's done and accused me of them by taking statements out of context. We need strength! Sometimes justice isn't served. I hope it will be, for you, me, and everyone. The courts have a lot to learn and I'm trying to embrace this as my chance to teach them- otherwise it is so depressing and sickening. I'm so glad your ex was found guilty. Amen.

My kids were missing, thank goodness they were reunited with me fairly quickly, but I went into an almost robotic state. I didn't cry. I kept stating where they were missing from, what they were wearing, the fact that they would never willingly wander off, and what their names were. This was at Six Flags in California and I was so robotic that the head of security started to think they weren't really missing. A little boy ran up to me because he'd recognized the robotic description I'd been repeating like a script. He said he knew where they were, took me to them, and I still didn't cry. We were about 30 feet apart and I couldn't even walk or run to them, my legs stopped working. I called them and they ran to me and THEN I broke down into tears. Everyone handles situations differently. 😔 *edited for misspelling.

This! I always thought of shock as an innate self-defense mechanism. The first sudden death of a loved one I experienced was at 18 years old. Lost one of my best friends to gun violence. I had a mix of shock and denial and went to the hospital to wait for him to get out of surgery… There was no surgery. My brain just made it up, despite others telling me on site that he had already passed. It took over an hour for it to actually settle with me. Actually, hearing his mom tell me to go home was what sort of snapped me into reality. I’m so sorry for your loss. It’s an awful thing. ❤️

@@BaileySarianmiss Bailey, can you please do a video on the Ghost Train “accident” at Luna Park in Sydney? I recently watched a documentary and it’s a wild case. As an Australian I’d never heard about it and think it deserves more attention because it’s a doozy and involves alleged corruption in the police and government. All the love from a long time fan 😊❤️

If they based their first conviction on eye witnesses, why didn't they suspect the dad when people SAW him at the WINDOW? The fact that he also called that very night to discuss the children... I feel so bad for her. I can't imagine how it must feel...

Honestly, if something happened to my kids I think I would shut down - it’s my go to response for trauma and takes my brain a while to catch up - I totally understand someone’s lack of initial reaction as your brain goes in a million different directions at once and then the outpouring of emotion once the truth sets in. Of course people react in different ways but freezing is an absolutely normal human response!

I lost my new born baby at the hospital and when he was pronounced dead, I didn't cry. I was in shock.. until I was left alone. That's when it all came out. When family came to visit or nurses and doctors walked in, I was just.. emotionless. So everyone reacts to loss differently.
