cold-blooded killer or FRAMED? Was Alice Crimmins really guilty?
Ойын-сауық
Hi friends, Happy Monday!
You ever hear a story where the suspect is so obviously not the killer? Like, something is just not adding up? Enter Alice Crimmins, the so-called "tramp" found guilty for killing her kids. But was she actually guilty, or did these investigators just hate sex-positive women? And WHY weren't these cops looking for fingerprints!?!? The math is seriously not mathing...
Also, let me know who you want me to talk about next time. Hope you have a great rest of your week, make good choices and I'll be seeing you very soon
xo

My son died in a motor vehicle accident a few years ago and we had to go identify his body aswell. I did not cry .... the shock was just to much, tears came later. So I think that focusing on the fact that she did not cry is rediculous. She was judged and found guilty even before she saw the inside of the Court. I feel the husband should have been investigated more. His actions are just suspicious.

I genuinely think if something happened to my children I would absolutely freeze - it’s my go to trauma response, my mind goes in a million different directions at once and it cause me to shut down as I can’t process it all at once and the outpouring of emotion comes later. It’s a perfectly normal and valid human response - traumatic events take time to process whether your reaction is to instantly burst into tears, anger or complete silence at the overwhelming emotions. I genuinely don’t think we should judge others based on initial reactions just because the appearance is not what we expect - or jump to conclusions off of it. The detectives in this case are disgraceful. Even if she was guilty they didn’t prove anything but peoples bias towards women living their life how they want. She very well could’ve been guilty but not based on the evidence provided and the lack of effort to find justice for these kids whether it was her or someone else is disgusting.
Honestly I think the husband did it. The fact that he always found a way to sneak inside the house. Also was near the children bedroom is very telling. I think he had help with it too.

My kids were missing, thank goodness they were reunited with me fairly quickly, but I went into an almost robotic state. I didn't cry. I kept stating where they were missing from, what they were wearing, the fact that they would never willingly wander off, and what their names were. This was at Six Flags in California and I was so robotic that the head of security started to think they weren't really missing. A little boy ran up to me because he'd recognized the robotic description I'd been repeating like a script. He said he knew where they were, took me to them, and I still didn't cry. We were about 30 feet apart and I couldn't even walk or run to them, my legs stopped working. I called them and they ran to me and THEN I broke down into tears. Everyone handles situations differently. 😔 *edited for misspelling.

Honestly, I miss the intro song sooooo much. I don’t feel like it is disrespectful or anything and it’s just showcasing your personality. Just a little sparkle of Bailey ^^ I used to love singing it with you, would love for you to bring it back ❤
I’ve been using your Pears soap and spoolie hack for my eyebrows and it has changed the game. Thank you, beautiful. I hope you are feeling better ❤️❤️

Ridiculous. Poor lady. Her first mug shot she just looks tired. Like just tired of the bull and tired of the accusations and just emotionally tired from losing her children. It really shines a light on the dark age of forensics. Lot of people were convicted on little to no evidence.

“She had eyes” made me spit my coffee all over the vanity. I actually needed that laugh today, thanks Bailey.
I don’t have kids but I have lost someone before. But with my experience I was so in shock that I didn’t cry until a day or two after I heard the news. Everyone’s different 🤷♀️
Hi Bailey, My name is Evangeline, sorry i never commented when you made this video but i only found your channels 3 days ago and have been binge watching ever since. I LOVE the stories you pick especially the strange ones never heard before but also I DO LOVE that you give the back stories of the killers and the victims. These are humans commiting the crimes not toy action figures that just popped out of their box. I especially love the based on true stories that you find those are my favourite. P.S. I love the new format of your channels. Keep being you, Girl, You are awesome. Reply

I’ve gone into shock a couple times and it’s like your brain doesn’t understand what is happening. When the police knocked on my door to tell me my soon to be ex husband 32:55 passed away, the only thing I could do is laundry. I didn’t know what to do. It didn’t hit me until many hours later and I was a hot mess.

This! I always thought of shock as an innate self-defense mechanism. The first sudden death of a loved one I experienced was at 18 years old. Lost one of my best friends to gun violence. I had a mix of shock and denial and went to the hospital to wait for him to get out of surgery… There was no surgery. My brain just made it up, despite others telling me on site that he had already passed. It took over an hour for it to actually settle with me. Actually, hearing his mom tell me to go home was what sort of snapped me into reality. I’m so sorry for your loss. It’s an awful thing. ❤️

I agree. My nan was my best friend and when my dad told me she’d died I simply thanked him and excused myself to do my German homework. I went to school the next day acting like nothing happened. I didn’t cry until we went to her house the following day. As soon as she wasn’t in her usual spot at the door waiting on us I was a complete mess.

He didn’t even need anyone else. The couple seen could have been the family that later came forward. Also…if he was spying so much, what evidence did he collect that night? I can’t say without a doubt she didn’t do it or that he did, but there is definitely reasonable doubt she did it and reasonable suspicion that he did
I’m near the beginning of the case but had to comment. No man would ever say they , “went to a park and exposed themselves to young girls ,” unless they were doing just that …… like you said Bailey , nobody would ever even think of something so disgusting!!!
This is a great example of circumstantial evidence. This case was paper thin. I can't believe a DA took this to court.
The amount of times I went back to see you scared of yourself though…😂 love your content! I have been here since the beginning and I’m sticking beside ya! ❤

The podcast Tell No One did a really great episode on this case. This case was mishandled and so blatantly misogynistic it's crazy
There was no justice for any of the three victims in this case, Alice or her two children. So sad. Bailey your makeup turned out gorgeous ❤
Ok but people respond different to major loss. Like be so frl. Some people cry, some people get angry, some people go silent from shock
Sent this suggestion to you a few years back. Glad to see you’re covering it. Always fascinated me.
I remember watching this on A Crime to Remember and it was just so sad to see the reenactments of the events. I truly believe she is innocent, she just grieved in her own way of trying to numb the pain.

@@BaileySarianmiss Bailey, can you please do a video on the Ghost Train “accident” at Luna Park in Sydney? I recently watched a documentary and it’s a wild case. As an Australian I’d never heard about it and think it deserves more attention because it’s a doozy and involves alleged corruption in the police and government. All the love from a long time fan 😊❤️
If they based their first conviction on eye witnesses, why didn't they suspect the dad when people SAW him at the WINDOW? The fact that he also called that very night to discuss the children... I feel so bad for her. I can't imagine how it must feel...
Girl I am so happy when you come out with new videos, no matter how long it takes. You make my day! Sending you lots of love!!

Honestly, if something happened to my kids I think I would shut down - it’s my go to response for trauma and takes my brain a while to catch up - I totally understand someone’s lack of initial reaction as your brain goes in a million different directions at once and then the outpouring of emotion once the truth sets in. Of course people react in different ways but freezing is an absolutely normal human response!

the fact that she didnt cry because of the unbelievable shock that they put her through isnt weird at all, how do you even let that sink in and accept it as fact? its so bizarre and shes in the denial stage of grief
This whole thing was crazy, indeed, but Bailey you made this story sooooo interesting…I was in awe throughout the whole thing.
Blessed with the theme song? What a beautiful day to be alive. That little jingle helps lighten my mood for the whole day ❤️
“Either way, she had eyes”. 🤣🤣
I lost my new born baby at the hospital and when he was pronounced dead, I didn't cry. I was in shock.. until I was left alone. That's when it all came out. When family came to visit or nurses and doctors walked in, I was just.. emotionless. So everyone reacts to loss differently.
