Colby is spot on about Ian Garry. That was not even close to being a main card level fight. Ian talks himself up so much, but he got like 4 significant strikes and dry humped MVP the whole fight. MVP can't really gloat either after that performance, he has a lot of work to do if he wants to be a top contender in the ufc.

I know it takes two months for a broken bone to heal, two months after that for physical therapy, and another two months for strengthening it back to normal.
