He's obviously very conservative and will tell you the truth even about the company he's working for. Has said many times at MMA pay is BS, ain't gonna hold back on an interview. However, anytime he says " listen you guys" it's obvious he's trying to think of a funny or clever thing to say. I don't think he knows what he's going to say often and kind of just makes up stuff on the fly to try and be extra funny or edgy, which can sound as rough as a preloaded line that you forget or stumble over
