You have no idea how shitty you feel on a daily basis compared to how you could feel . I was fat as fuck and now I have a six pack and my life is 1000 times better in every conceivable way . Women , mental health , sleep quality , just quality of life of how I feel . Please bro just bite the bullet and go to the gym for a year . You will be soo glad you did, it would change your life
