Great Message by Colonel. For some anxiety or inner voice, I started waking up at 4: 30 AM , clean my self, do 75 pushups , planks and walking for 30-40 minutes. By 7:30 I start my work, (I am an architect ) By 4 PM or Max 5 PM my professional work is over. I sleep by 10:30 - 11 PM. I work better, have lost 10 kgs of weight and the anxiety has gone . Doing this for 1 year now. Earlier when I used to wake up at 8:30 AM I used to feel as if the world has already moved ahead of me.

For those of you who think 1 hour video is too long to watch - 0. Travel lite 1. Consistency is important 2. Discipline is your conduct when no one is watching you 3. Flexibility over your priorities for family is accepted 4. The person who loves you compared to person whom you love (in terms of marriage) should be better preferred option 5. Relationship is not a contract of convenience, you have to be there for once and for all 6. Any problem is only that big as it is in your head 7. Try to connect rather than communicate
