I was selling a road race motorcycle and needed room and the cash, was pretty much willing to take whatever was offered just to get rid. A bloke came to take a look and arrived on a MV Agusta with the top of the line ARAI helmet and a set of snake skin boots no less, proceeds to tell me he cannot stay long as hes also going to look at a new house. Guess who got paid more than what the bike ever cost me.

I’ve waited almost A month to finish this episode, I was listening to this story headed to work and A big rig pulled out into my lane I swerved to try and miss him but clipped his right rear I was trapped for 40 minutes flown to a trauma unit in Hershey, Pa had multiple surgeries and spent 5 days on A ventilator. I have deep lacerations to my leg estimated 300-400 stitches ftom my hip to my ankle broke my femur in 3 places and my tibia in 2 broken nose and jaw. Also my left arm was almost tore off it was to the muscle so I have a deep laceration 100-180 stitches from my arm pit to the top of my shoulder spent 16 days total in the hospital been home a week n half I’ll be confined to a wheel chair for awhile. I love listening to your stories it makes time go by considering I’m stuck in my recliner, but it took me until today to finally finish this one bc I can remember hearing you talk then the loud crash of everything then i came to and the silence was terrifying. I’m lucky and grateful I’m still alive considering the amount of blood I lost I had a total of 8 blood transfusions. I had A 2014 malibu that was my travel car since I have a long commute to work but it definitely did it’s job but isn’t much left. Thanks for the awesome content man.

I dealt with a GM franchise in the late 00's that got the cocaine flu. It was kind of sad. Grandpa or Great Grandpa started out with a Chevy dealer in the 30's. By the 2000's the Grand kids and Great Grandkids are running stores covering about 1/4 of our Midwestern state. They're selling all the GM cars, Lincolns and Mercurys, Subarus, Hondas and Mitsubishis and probably some I didn't know about. All these stores are stand alone and run by cousins. One of the cousins with a GM point developed a problem with the nose candy and the dealership goes to hell, but he's good at hiding it. He hides it from his parents, his siblings (who hold stock) and his cousins. Eventually the wheels come off, GM files for bankruptcy and cancels the franchise for a Chevy point in the county south of us (city of 5,000-8,000 people) and they hear about our local GM dealer (twin cities of 25,000). To make a long story short they bounced the branch of the family out of the store they had on the state line and moved the Chevy dealer from the county south of us into it. I get involved because I have a municipal fleet order for a 1/2 ton Chevy 4x4 with a snowplow package tied up somewhere in the change of ownership. Come to find out the order for our truck wasn't made up where we thought it was. The truck came in and I had to go drive 100 miles to pick it up at one of the Cousin's GM points. I end up talking with the GM at that dealership and he tells me the story. The stores were all stand alone, but pretty much financed through the family and if one got into trouble they'd poor talent and money into that store until it got fixed and hopefully the cousin would learn,. This particular manager was in the process of being sent to our local store to straighten it out when GM pulled the franchise. The nose candy cost this guy his GM Dealership, his wife, his girl friend and his extended family as they were a little torqued off he wasn't honest and playing by their rules and they lost the point to an up start competitor.

Great story, Rob. The good/bad old days of the car business! As a teenager I detailed cars for 2 guys that sold older European cars out of an industrial park suite. Pretty sure they were doing more than selling cars out of that place. One of the checks they paid me with bounced. We’re talking maybe $100. My dad showed up at that place locked and loaded (figuratively, not actually brandishing a weapon) he “confiscated” their telephone answering machine (it as the 80’s) until they paid me my money! That was the end of that job. I don’t think I ever got my pay...and they didn’t get their machine back. I think the place folded a short while later.

They sold exotics, some of which were cars, mostly it was a front (as I found out later) for S. American exotics. Everyone there got popped. So glad I didn't get the job - was friends with a couple sales people who were going to 'get me in'... got another job in the meantime.... so very glad.

I have worked in several GM dealerships and I never knew that about the terms of franchise with them. I knew about the Floor Plan and other aspects but I didn't know that they could pop one for a drug test. Good thing they don't do that to all of them but then again they wouldn't have at least 1/2 of what they do now. Learn something new everyday.

Definitely a wild story for Monday. Never would have guessed something like that was going down in this little area. Rabbit is definitely a born storyteller. Even without a car to talk about you throw out gems. Thanks for the entertainment, #RabbitForWorldPresident

Joshua... Coming from small town Oklahoma, and being a pilot, you would be shocked at how regular this is. If you ever see a small airport with no control tower, I can guarantee you that cocaine has been flown into it.

I'd vote for Rabbit. He might be full of sh*t, he might not, but you dang sure are going to enjoy listening to him. If you're gonna rob me at least keep me entertained.
I sometimes feel like the "Outro" comes in just before the story is about to get goood... GAHZ WEEL CATCHA NEX TAHM OHN RABBITZ EUZED CAHRS

And this just happens to be probably the best Rabbit video ever for a "snow" day....🤣
The light that burns twice as bright, only burns half as long.
One of the best stories I have ever heard not only on this channel but on every channel. Rob tells the best stories and this is definitely in the top three.
Rabbit you made my day, when you said we don't like Nascar!😊🤣🤣
Have loved Cadillacs since I was a kid! Bought my first Cadillac today! And I’m in love! Heavily influenced by you Rob to get my first caddy!
Awesome story RABBIT and another great one RUC! Oh how when your flying high how fast you can crash and burn! 🤘TEXAS!!!
I can tell you that when the spending got silly, there was a woman involved. My father was a cop and it was a well understood fact that the jealous woman was the prime candidate that would eventually 'visit' the police.
"I'm a pilot and parts delivery driner...pays the same"
Love this show it’s come a long way this being the best iteration with it raw and just rabbit talking about life and giving advice no extra it only takes away from the great experiences and stories only taught through years of flipping and taking risks. Thanks Rob for all the great content!
I live in western Canada and I know more than a few big established "hand-me-down" road building, and oilfield construction companies that suffered a similar fate. Thanks for another fun video.
This has to be one of my favorite stories hat I've heard you tell man, great content and a great story only second in my opinion to the explorer full of pills. But I feel like the stories to do with drugs grab my attention more just simply because I used to be an addict even though I've been sober for almost 4 years. Good job though bud keep it coming!!!
Rob, this is one of the best stories you've told on this channel! More!
***BEST STORYTELLER EVER***_
My goodness!! One of the best stories from the GOAT, hot damn Rabbit. What a time to be alive
Rob could read the phone book and I would listen to the entire thing! I've spent hours listening to him, not one video that I haven't cried laughing at!
Rabbit ain't joking. Back in 2007 I worked for a small mortgage refinancing company that was family owned and run...until my boss got extra greedy and got himself, and multiple employees, federally indicted. Lots of shady shit went on there. I got out before that happened when I saw the market "bubble" getting ready to pop.
Rabbit is a down to earth guy man he's seen mad shit done some mad shit I'd imagine lol love awl rabbits story's keep em coming
Man... I wanna drink beers with this guy!
i love these bedtime stories.. Im learning stuff all the time here.. thx
Soo happy to find that Rabbit has a channel!! Even happier that it clicked up to 100 k VERY SOON after i subbed. CONGRATULATIONS ON 100K RABBIT!
Need more wild stories like these ones! Thanks Rabbit!
All this dude's stories are good, but THIS one is AMAZING! You da man Rabbit!
This for real should be a radio show
I would like if this guy was on Discovery or TLC because he sounds more interesting than the guy from Las Vegas A.k.A. Da kount just saying
I could listen to this story for at least 2hrs. Keep going!
The bottle rocket comparison. Ain't known better!
Youre gonna be a good old man on the porch... havin all these stories to tell...
Rabbit thanks for all your content, I love it. When I saw you raise your cup all I could think is " I hope that cup has an eBay logo on it". I thought it would be great! but that's just my sense of humor. thanks again
Well damn Rob, this is another subject we could talk about in person sometime. I've experienced drug/car dealers 1st hand & that's ONLY the tip of the iceberg.
Nothing like Monday at work and listening to a new rabbit video

I would say best rabbit story, but they keep getting better! this is a good teaching story! kids if a nice man from south America pulls up and wants to help u with a load of cash, excuse yourself and walk fast to the nearest exit. the life u save, will be urs!
My dad owned 90% of his inventory and in the 80’s & 90’s made bank since he didn’t have to pay Ford. Luckily avoided the drug scene

I wonder who this was. It’s an interesting story.
Great story. For your information Rabbit, the ad popped up at the end.
Pretty awesome you made it to 138,000 subscribers I remember when you was still doing videos for vin wiki
Rabbit is such good story teller always entertaining.
You know this is a real story because it's so crazy that you can't make any of this up. Man you can probably make a killing selling this story to a movie company
Thanks for the awesome content man.

. This story brought me back to my teens & twentys ..
He may have lost it all but he lived his best life for a while and he lived better than most of us will ever know it always comes crashing down in the end with drugs but it's a hell of a ride
Sounds like the starting of a badass movie script!

Man I tell ya that story sounds so damn close to home with a guy here in East TN. And I'm sure alot of people know who I'm referring too initials are S.E.G. and fortunately tho it didn't end the same with prison. But man everything you said makes me think back when I sold cars in early 2000s.
Really enjoyed this story
Cocaine and Cadillacs sign me up 😂 lol jk I’m also waiting for someone in the comments to realize who he’s talking about ..
“It’s a Cream puff”
That story would’ve been a hell of a movie 🎥 🍿
A cautionary tale of "pigs get fat and hogs get slaughtered".
I didn't get a job at a high-end car dealership, to this day that was the best thing that didn't happen. They sold exotics, some of which were cars, mostly it was a front (as I found out later) for S. American exotics. Everyone there got popped. So glad I didn't get the job - was friends with a couple sales people who were going to 'get me in'... got another job in the meantime.... so very glad.
Dude, you can tell a story. Thanks for the laugh.
Back in the 80's we had a Pizza shop , good pizza not great , in 2 years they grew from 1 to 4 stores . Depending on how you ordered your pizza it came delivered with a extra package . The delivery drivers had some of the fastest nicest cars on the street. They worked 14hr shifts they were so dedicated to making sure you got your "pizza" on time . LOL year4 out of business behind bars.
You guys ARE Vinwiki’s crazy ass fun cousin! You know, the one that you always go out for “WALK” with right before Thanksgiving Dinner! 🤣
Pretty cool story!
Here in ny. Bought a 71 gmc 2500 for 5k sold it for 8k tonight. Turned around and bought a 72 ford f250 big block 4 speed. It has a title from south carolina. Little bit of ur home state here in ny.
you are such a funny funny man lol
Lol. Horses have been part of our family since I was born and we always had a saying about owning horses. “You can be wealthy or you can own horses. You can’t have both”. Rabbit wasn’t lying about horses being a losing proposition.
A common story of that era. How a "friend" of mine made it out alive. ..
Amazing story
“Here, we’re like vin wikis unruly cousin who likes nascar and smokes cigarettes” Gets me every time😂
I worked in or with dealers since 1988 as a teen/now own my very small dealer,1 man show....I have seen this play out multiple times and someone always has a story about a car dealer!! Damn near same scenario all the time!!! I've seen solid good people die and lose everything from drugs ..But a lot of funny stories too!!! Keep your nose clean kids!!
This sounds almost like a movie script lmao great story
Wild story. I could see this as a movie.
Crazy how I pretty much know everyone in all of the good stories, lol
I those days, in my area, it was real estate. Buy a house at full price, pay 50% cash, have buyer take a deed for half price. Do some minor rehab, and sell at actual cost, or a little less. Then when you recover you 50% downpayment, it's clean.
I really enjoyed the Story, I just wanted to put a comment to help the alogirthm.
This needs to be a movie
I had a little lot in south west baltimore .... pretty damn exciting
"Maybe even done..." Hahaha. Totally understand, some car stories will never be told completely.
You're a good story teller..I bet you can make a 25 minute video sound interesting about going to McDonald's and buying some Chicken McNuggets...I bet you can!! Try it!
That is a great story!! Sound like Sam Johnson Lincoln Mercury in Charlotte. Feds took him down
Work myself out of a job too often aswell. No BS when I work.
Great story! I used to sell cars for 2 years and it was funny to listen to it. Some of the crazy things that happen at a dealership. That should be on American Greed. 🤣
Only two years for all of that to happen? That is crazy!
My dad used to deliver cars to this dealership. He got tipped $500 just to sit there because they were having a party late Friday night and didn't want to stop. I remember when the feds busted him too. My dad laughed his ass off.
