Coke VS Coke Zero - Time lapse [4K] (TOP REQUEST)
Ойын-сауық
This video shows you what happens to a glass of Coca Cola Original (regular coke) and a glass of Coca Cola Zero if you leave them out for a long time. A thick gooes sugary syrup remained after 100 days in the regular coke glass, and the coke zero almost completely evaporated during this time.

Candida also effects your circulatory systems pH to supress the immune system and cause you to crave more sugar, and cause fatigue. Artificial sweeteners such as Erythritol doesn't feed candida, and another one is Xylitol which actively removes candida. Reasons why ants don't touch it? it contains no energy / calories / no sustenance.

Amazing to see the different fungal assemblages that developed - and the Coke Zero completely evaporated to yield a dry glass, whereas the original coke didn't, even after three months! The 2 are partially or largely due to the luck of which mould spores fell into each glass or do their different compositions always attract the same types of mould? One thing I’ve always wondered about these is what would happen if you just let the mold sit indefinitely. Once all of the moisture dries up and all of the sugar is consumed, the mold would theoretically die, right? And then would it just be dust?

@alicewright4322

yes, without moisture the mold cannot defend itself and will be oxidized into oblivion by the sun and the air. but the mold changes color before that: spore release - those spores are often resistant to dessication, and can sit dormant for years, until they land in another glass of pop or other suitable substrate. some molds actively disperse them in the air. the green stuff on the left is clearly mold spores which spread in the air. some mold can just break off fibers that float around without specialized sexual spores. some molds form dessication resistant masses called sclerotia too.

Not enough money to pay for the hospital bills.
You're pretty awesome yourself. Cool content.
I accidentally did this experiment at least a hundred times throughout my childhood. It was hard to make it through a full can on my own, and once it got flat, I didn't want it any more. The half full can would sit abandoned in my room, usually beneath a window or my lamp, and become sourdough starter lol.
This is very motivational for those wanting to quit drinking sodas. Thank you for doing this request!

As someone who drinks a lot of soda I’ve never let one sit out for 3+ days and thought “yea let me drink this” so no it won’t motivate me to stop lol

Mold contamination could come from ice cubes or from the glass itself! Wonder what it would look like if you didn't use ice and strilized the glasses with boiling water 🤔 would they mold like this? Or in some different way probably?

And I'd be interested to see one pair of glasses covered and one pair uncovered.

Mold spores exist floating in the air as well, so it'd probably be very similar regardless.

ooh, I’d love to see how the fun-guy does his thing on plain regular old fashion white bread & enriched white bread / and / butter & margarine … you know, the fun-guy never ceases to amaze 😜
Kinda cool to see how aspartame makes the bacteria work together more efficiently. Looks like the sugar version just scatters them around and creates division between the colonies.

there's no aspartame in coke zero, it uses stevia. diet coke is sweetened with aspartame.

Did the mold drink one faster than the other? Or is it a more volatile fluid due to the lack of syrup? At around Day 47 it looked like the regular Coke had less fluid though.
Good stuff!
Coke Zero literally made a Zero at 2:59
I wonder what would happen with sprite
Amazing the mould stuck in the exact same place.
The most interesting thing to me is the bits of ice breaking off and falling as it melted
