Hypertonia is due to rigidity. When tremor is present, it adds cog wheel character to the already present rigidity. So the video title is right.

Hey PA life. Please update this... making PAs look bad here. Obviously a resting tremor, not cogwheel rigidity.

Definitely not cogwheel rigidity. This is probably a parkinsonian tremor, but even then, the tremor seen in parkinson disease is classically a "pill-rolling" tremor.

Thank you KZread for removing dislike count... this is not cogwheel rigidity. Harder to identify misinformation for students who are trying to learn.

George Matthews? BTW, the video's title is wrong because the tremor is unilateral, not pill rolling to be exact, and no hypertonicity was demonstrated..

This is misleading rigidity!!!
