This was an amazing webinar. Heather Fullton is so knowledgeable and I am so beyond grateful she is in the profession she is in. So wonderful. Thank you
A healthy mind and body do take a lot of conscious effort which Dr. Heather has been able to demonstrate effortlessly. Very nice concept. Those who wish to practice what has been taught here should be aware that results may seem slow at first and only become noticeable after a while, which is why you must never give up. A workbook like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Worksheets for Substance Abuse by Portia Cruise can be a very handy companion to track your progress, stay motivated and avoid relapse.
