You do a good job with all the pastries and desserts. Where did you study? I want to take lessons and it's not easy because of my job, so I have to study and bake at night after a long shift at work and on days off. I have definitely improved by studying an practicing on my own but I still want to go to culinary school or at least take some in-person classes instead of just online.
