I feel you on the workout/eating thing! Lately, I'm like, never full? So constantly eating, never going out for a walk, tired all the time. Hopefully everything turns around for both of us!

Ughhh, YES!! I really hope it turns around for us as well. Actually, I KNOW it will! 🥰
I grew up with DARE too! They still do the DARE program at the schools were I live! My kids got the t-shirts and the DARE cards (which gets them free fries at McDonald’s) I’m really struggling with my weight and motivation to move my body as well! I used to really enjoy going to my community center and swimming laps, and honestly I still pay for the membership and haven’t gone in longer than I care to admit! It just doesn’t bring me joy right now, and I can’t figure out why! Hoping all of us that are struggling right now can find a groove and get back to it! Once again, love the vlog! Yes!! I couldn't have said it better myself! I used to LOVE going to my boot camp place, but I just can't seem to get myself there right now. I know a lot of people are struggling right now. I'm just in a funk. I need to snap out of it, but it's not that easy 😭 Thank you so much for watching ❤️
