Would not be surprised if hes also a baker. Not sure a fancy croissant qualifies as patisserie in Switserland. Altough from other shorts I know hes a proper patisserie chef.

he can make luggage and purses out of pastry so perfect they look like the real thing, and can make a croissant so perfect it doesn't look real. amazing!

If you ever decide to do this yourself, don’t make puff pastry, it’s not worth the laborious refolding process to make it, this dude has a machine to roll it and I’m hella jealous. I’d stick to the store bought puff cause I’m not gonna get those hours of my life back haha

If u're interested to make it @ home, go to the other channels just type: "croissants", hundreds of KZreadrs are ready to help. In my opinion, I buy it ready from Costco, freshly baked, delicious, headaches free.

That is actually standardized amount for a croissant normally from what I have seen, it is to get a delicate pastry as croissants are very hard to master.
