ingredients 1. 1/2 cup oil 2. 1 tablespoons (4g) coffee powder 3.1/2 cup sugar 4. 2 eggs blend 2 min 5. 1 cup maida 6. 2 TSP baking powder mix dry and wet ingredients do not over fold I tried this cake and came out perfect. blended egg a bit more so that the cake will be more spongey new subscriber here!

So I made this today. Took me 10 minutes to make the batter and it was in the oven. So tasty! Batter wasn't dry like some comments said. Absolutely perfect! This is now my go-to recipe. Thank you! From south africa

For blender: .1/2 cup oil .1/2 cup sugar .2 eggs .4gm coffee sachet (one Tbs) blend for 2mins minimum. 1cup maida 2tsp baking powder and the blended mixture..mix well and bake accordingly.

Recipe for mini coffee cake : 1/2 cup oil 2 tsp instant coffee (or 4 gm ) 1/2 cup sugar 2 eggs Blend this 4 items in blender for minimum 2 minutes Put 1 cup flour (maida) 2 tsp baking powder In the mixture and Mix gently Do not overfold the batter grease the aluminium container or baking tray with oil, put butter paper on it Pour the batter on that tray Remove air bubbles Baking conditions: (Without oven) 1 min on medium flame, 20-25min on low flame (With oven) Preheat at 180 degreeC for 5 min, then bake the cake at 180 degree C for 20-25 min. Check whether the cake is properly baked or not Let it cool and then cut its edges and gently remove it from the tray.

i tried it today on stove..so easy and quick..everybody liked it..i added half tsp vanilla essence..next time i will try with coffee essence or without essence..for me sugar was bit less but for my family members they really liked it..i was scared of cooking on stove but it went perfect..i cooked on medium heat for 4 min and 25 min low heat

It was my first attempt and guess what the results were amazing!Thank you😊♥️I made a few additions as well!I added a few cashewnuts and half a banana in the cake batter. At the end, I decorated it with a layer of honey and some cashewnuts. Everyone loved it! P.S.- I used wheat flour😃

@Megha yes you got it right!roti wala atta only!At our home we use maida very rarely because it is not preferred when it comes to health!So I had only wheat flour stock and no maida that's why. And the taste was awesome. @Mitesh Yes that's right

I tried it twice Cake turned out so balnce moist and tastfull everyone liked a lot Thanku so much at First I didn't understand how cake bakes under 25 minutes as it always takes 45-60 minutes But last night I don't know it baked well under 25-30 minutes I think ur temperature matters But yes u mentioned bake it on low flame I don't understand how u bake it on low flame My flame was very medium. Though Thanku for that easy peasy and economical recipe JAZAKALLAH
