I agree,forget Buzelis or Risacher ,or what ever wings in the draft.I wanted J-Dub but the Spurs skipped him for Sochan,now they better not make the same mistake. Cody probably got the most physical potential,the rest in the draft are mostly role players or bust likely.Tho we do need a PG,I would rather go for a high ceiling guy as Cody,his floor would not be worse than a solid 3& D.

He moves like a young Shaun Livingston and his shot creation is similar to Danny Granger. He’s a very good prospect Top 3 in my eyes, especially if he’s projected to be better than his older brother.

@@wockcup38 1. 50% on 1.9 attempts a game isn’t as impressive as you think. 2. Why would a team spend a lottery pick on a player at the same position they took top 5 in the previous draft. Makes no sense, especially when they have other needs

@@Cristiandepue I’m not as tuned in with mocks as I was before ESPN killed DraftExpress, but on the few I have seen he’s still not #1. He is higher on the board now than when I posted. Which isn’t surprising, because 3 weeks is a long time in the middle of a college season. This year is unusual though. Most years the same 3 guys are at the top of most mocks. I haven’t seen a ton of consensus from one source to another. So I don’t know whether that means this is a bad class, or just that the best eventual players might not go in the top 5.
