I find it hard to relate o personally to so many in country today but jinks is something different if he ain’t lived it je don’t write it. These are songs from the pages of his own story. Something real and honest. I don’t know the man personally but I do know what it takes to write about some of the very specific subject matter that most won’t even notice unless u been down that same road in life... but if u have god forbid.. it’s unmistakable what a man is telling you. Everyone should strive to be this honest in their life’s story.

I don't care for these 2 new records. They're incredibly boring and redundant. Life reflection, 12 step, manly tears, more life reflection, etc... it gets old fast. Listened to it a few times, took it out of my truck and put Waylon on instead. Now I'm happy.
