Hello po Atty. Paano po kapag ang isang Official ng Government ay isang one of the Higest Official for example Senator po sya.. May conflict of interest po ba kapag sya ay isang President or Chairman ng isang company or NGO... or pwede nya pa rin hawakan yun pareho yung posisyon na yun as Senator at President or Chairman ng Private company or NGo nya.. Salamat po sana po masagot.

Kasi sa pag kaka alam ko at nakita ko rin sa news na sinabi ng COA ay wala silang power to Audit PRC kasi NGO raw po ito. Pero nabasa ko po dito sa COMMISSION ON AUDIT CIRCULAR NO. 95-003 ganito po The COA shall: 6.2 conduct special audits of NGOs/POs upon request by proper authorities or as determined by the Chairman ano po ba talaga.. At sino po ang Tama. Tama po ba ang Coa na wala silang power talaga or di lang nila ito nakita? or di ko lang naintindihan itong nakalagay dito sa COA CIRCULAR... Salamat po. Last na yan tlaaga Atty hehe

Isang empleyado na nka assign sa assessors at kmi po ay may Dala request galing sa Aming abogado na nag request na bigyan kmi Ng kopya Ng deed of encombrance Ng Aming minanang property. Subalit Hindi kmi binigyan Ng kopya na hinihingi namin kahit Sabi namin ay Yung document na Yun ay Isa nang public document dahil notarized na at nai registered na sa registry of deeds, ngunit ayaw tlga Kila magbigay Ng kopya sa Amin, sa kadahilanang Yung tao na nagparehistro Nung deeds na Yung ay kaibigan nya at may suspetsa kmi na fake Yung deed of absolute sale na pinarehistro.sana po ay masagot kmi sa Aming katanungan, good day and god bless po.

Good morning po atty. gusto ko lamang po sana itanong po sa inyo. Eto po ay tungkol sa pagkakamali ng isang employee ng NHA sa pagkakamali na pagbibigay ng SOA tapos po ung SOA na po na un eh nabayaran po tapos hinahabol po kami nung employee dahil nagkamali daw po sya at may utang pa po at nagkainteres.ngayun po ayun head nila wala daw po sya magagawa kundi bayaran namin ung nalalabi pang kulang which is pagkakamali po ng tao po nya. Tanong po may nilalabag po ba silang dalawang empleyado ng NHA?

mahirap magsabi ng paglabag kung one sided ang istorya at di natin nakikita ang mga ebidensya kaya maganda nyan lumapit kayo sa ombudsman or sa civil service commission para maimbestigahan at malaman kung may paglabag talaga

yung ease of doing business si duterte pumirma dyan that is RA 11032 signed by duterte on May 28, 2018 nasa official gazette at google namn yan hehe that amended the old law RA 9485 let us be updated hehe
