Actually they say bless you because during the time of the Black Plague sneezing was one symptom, and they said that to try and bless you from certain death.

Sam H Lol he couldn't because he doesn't really play COD on a daily now, and that intro is based around COD, MW3 if you want to be more specific, and I think his regular intro is really good anyway so yea. :)
