Amazing to watch! Bringing my kids (who are half Newfoundlanders) to Burin Peninsula this summer and want to get them out jigging. Any advice on setup and how far from shore etc to get into the cod? Don't want my kids to be total mainlanders, but proud of their Newfoundland heritage.

Cut out the heads of big cod, and keep the cheeks, and tongues , That is an awesome feed.
