Good God, its beauty never fails to amaze. After all these years, and knowing every CT recording, this track and album just strike me as sublime. I rarely enjoy crying this much. Thank you for reminding me, Gabriella. ✌️

Victorialand, and other early Cocteau Twins albums, I seem to have been saving for decades to listen to after having heard them each just once as I recall in the '90s. This is a great way to rediscover them, which makes them appear timeless as I think they are (despite whatever the studio critics say)

@@srpntnova by standing at the right place at the right time we see the sun on the snow it is us that sees the sun to call it a blush, we bring the blush to the snow, we take ourselves to see it. poetic not literal. as in we search for and find love in others, we bring it with us.

@@stevechurch4728 Steve hello, I'm a Twins fan for 20 years, heard everything remotely close to the legacy they left. This song ranks very highly on my personal Cocteau scale and I'm very thorough. Think again maybe. To say they're not poetic, of course they are (She is). It's hardly ever literal. It doesn't relay a clear verbal message, it installs a feeling in you. There is more but time beckons.

This a great song and a beautiful video you made Gabriela. The song is part of the Album Victorialand, which is in Antarctica. The blush of the snow is the sunset reflection on the snow. Only one thing bothered me in this video: The bear. Bears do not exist in Antarctica. They exist in Arctica (the north pole). Nevertheless, when I hear this song, your video is my preferred one!

Essa música assim como todo o disco, são obras de arte atemporais!! Como eu amo Cocteau twins, na minha humilde opinião, transcenderam a sensibilidade e profundidade sonora do rock!

Em um dimensionamento comum , eu julgaria segundo meu direcionamento como um fato extraordinário a materialização do mundo espiritual no nosso mundo que provocou acidentes sem comparação aos borbotões nas famílias e na vida financeira dos governos. Entretanto , voltando ao assunto em questão , ao associar ao que foi ponderado , eu passaria em total desconhecimento toda a minha vida sem sequer saber da existência do Mal tal como existe se isso tudo também não tivesse me afetado. Então , na futura situação , a verdade é que notei sem exceções a superioridade do cotidiano sobre as coisas extraordinárias da Vida , sob o prisma de que elas só podem acontecer seguindo um equilíbrio , ou perderiam como já perderam boa parte de seu encanto. Nas coisas extraordinárias eu destaco sem pestanejar a recuperação espontânea , dos seres e das vidas incomuns , das recuperações que incluiriam o dito cotidiano para fazer voltarem as pessoas a ver a Vida pelo lado compensador e positivo , ou como gosto de definir : "Normal". Mas para este mundo cheio de guerras que foram profetizadas pelas bruxas , a comum conclusão a isto ligada é a de que neste caso não pode haver ou dificilmente poderá haver um retorno. Portanto , este é o mundo , esta é a Ilha Atávica e a conclusão final está nos livros proibidos da Bruxaria. É o que tenho a dizer. Obrigado.

Well, the crisis (sorry 4 My english!) is here, and the in the WHOLE EU : is here. the GDP is growing, BUT: what's all about?!! Politically: well, NOT "correct" !
