More than cleverness we need kindness and gentleness. Without these qualities, life will be violent and all will be lost.
The aeroplane and the radio have brought us closer together. The very nature of these inventions cries out for the goodness in men - cries out for universal brotherhood - for the unity of us all. Even now my voice is reaching millions throughout the world - millions of despairing men, women, and little children - victims of a system that makes men torture and imprison innocent people.
To those who can hear me, I say - do not despair. The misery that is now upon us is but the passing of greed - the bitterness of men who fear the way of human progress. The hate of men will pass, and dictators die, and the power they took from the people will return to the people. And so long as men die, liberty will never perish."

The opening lines are from a speech written and spoken by Charlie Chaplin in 1940. This speech is perhaps more relevant today than it was then. Unfortunately, greed is more prevalent today than any other time, the disparity between rich and poor grows even wider. greed has indeed poisoned our souls. It's time to wake up to what we have become. A world where the shareholder is the catalyst for consumerism.

Yes it is time the masses awake but how do you wake up a population that are so drugged up on the propaganda and lies that are being fed to them there whole life ? I am sorry to say this but the sheeple of planet Earth will only wake up when the shit has hit the fan and its to late. In Lak'ech.

Wha thank yu Ken. Knew it from a deep house track, where despite excellent sound quality, I couldn't quite grasp the entire sentence. Well, at least up until " emperor" that is. Somehow felt it stated something worthwhile, yet was unable to hear the end of first sentence. Thanks again, you've improved my brain on this day :)
