However I am a bit confused because in your previous tutorial you said we should use anticocci + vitamins between day 15 - 18 ( vaccination and medication chart kzread.info/dash/bejne/h4N51ZlmZpS4YKw.html). But here you say that we should avoid vitamin b while administering anticocci. Any guidance about this?

Don't get confused. I mentioned that when talking about the mode of operation of Amprolium based coccidiostats. It is mainly Amprolium that deals with Eimeria by inhibiting vitamin B1 synthesis. Drugs like Toltrazuril don't follow that path, in which case the use of Vitamins may not be a serious issue. But in any case, it's better to leave out Vitamins for those few days. For those of us who have embraced the organic poultry farming, we also produce our own Multivitamins and we can focus on the needed vitamins leaving out Vit. B
