Lots of people are victims of crimes and no one is ever caught. The only solution to this is constant monitoring and everyone wearing a body camera. Or we could learn to govern ourselves as the founding fathers intended. For example, I obey the law and I raised my children to do the same. If everyone else did the same, we wouldn't need armed officers of the state. See how it could and should work?

Seems like lying on a police report would be a crime of some sort, there’s definitely an assault occurring on video and more than two cops involved in the assault as well as the cover up. Bare minimum consequences for cops as usual. These two violent gangbanger cops will be working in the next county in no time.
