Use epoxy resin to coat your cornhole boards so they look one of a kind! We used Leggari art epoxy resin, coated over these wood surfaces and used our WB urethane gloss top coat to finish it all!
The colors used were brass, black, khaki, titanium & Silver!
Our Leggari Art Resin is perfect for your resin projects. Our resin does not require any torching, it's industrial grade and American Made!

Love it when you take one of your viewer's ideas and make it a reality! It was my suggestion to do the dirty pour on corn hole boards! Turned out great.

@@LeggariProducts Which is great and I'm flattered you did but you should give a shout out when you do! Quick question what did the boards cost from build to final topcoat? I see these as high-end boards that could have a market depending on cost. Could be customized for a lot of things!
Turned out awesome, love the colors 😁👍

Hey I’m thinking about doing a clear epoxy on my boards. With the epoxy on the boards are not to slippery where the bags slide off? My boards don’t let the bags slide at all and I would like to protect the decal so that’s why I’m looking to epoxy them.
@LeggariProducts

We haven't had an issue with the bags not sliding on the epoxy. We have made several of them and they work amazing.
Isn’t the epoxy surface to slick for cornhole bags?
Great video. How much epoxy does it take to cover the boards? How many pours?

Usually, 3oz per square foot is what most people use.
Could this be done on a floor?
How long did you wait before you pulled the tape,and started to brush the sides? That is beautiful, I love the shine. I’ve been looking into doing this on my cornhole tops, but I always doubt myself, so I never do it.

Usually, wait about an hour to pull the tape off. Go tip is to pour a little on a scrap piece of wood and go back to it to see how much it's hardened up.
What did you roll on at the end? What was that?
How much did that beautiful piece cost to make?

I thought they were going to turn our smooth and shiny,
So you put the epoxy on then what is the whiteish top coat you used and why put that over the epoxy? What is it for?

if I use plastic board do it need any primer ?

how are you getting the air bubbles out?
@LeggariProducts

Stan Krieger we typically done have any air bubble issues with our resin. There’s no torch required. At the very least you can mist the top with denatured alcohol if there are a few. Thanks!

We have 3 different top coat options. Glaze coat is our super high gloss top coat that lays out glass smooth just like the metallic epoxy coat. Our WB Urethane comes in high gloss and leaves a minor texture and we also have a WB Urethane that’s a Matte/Satin finish.
What kind of tape is that? I tried using painters tape and the epoxy just eventually pushes through it. I tried allowing it to flow over edge but it just becomes to think on top and too many coats. Also, is that just black paint or is it primer?
@LeggariProducts

We used masking tape for the edges. That's black primer, it comes in our kits!
