Yeah, it's sold as a weld together kit - all of the accessories can be purchased with the bumper for a bundle price ( savings is really in the shipping costs) or buy after the fact. Customer support is by email, in the sales cycle it was a few days for that first contact, but once we got the conversation going they were VERY prompt. My bumper is currently sitting in my office, I'll be getting started this afternoon on starting the welding!!!
