Hey Theresa, how did I miss that Chalk Couture mermaid transfer? It's adorable. Mold in your chalk paste? Thankfully, I haven't experienced that. Wow! Loved the double round sign. Oh, those IOD moulds with resin are so nice. They came out beautiful. The little mermaid large wood shape is stunning!!! I'm always in awe with your resin projects. Absolutely stunning. That transfer was one I bought from Jamie after it had been retired. I’m glad to hear that you haven’t had any issues with your paste. Thanks for inviting me to make some fun mermaid projects 🥰🧜‍♀️

Hey 👋 Theresa came from Jackie's and I too stopped with chalk couture because the pastes with mold and the old transfers bleed all the time. No money to be made with them either. Never got 8 to 12 uses. The craft fairs always had a bunch of us and that's against the rules but they didn't care. I stopped all mlm companies because they force ordering as well. To me its free advertising for mlms companies. I'd rather join affiliates instead. Now I'm stuck with 4 1/2 years of their stuff 😅 I now use chalk paint on my transfers. Just have to wash them quick. I use a lil rubbing alcohol to get it out the screens if I'm not fast enough. All your projects are amazing and beautiful. I haven't tried any resins, yet 😅 Thanks for sharing your inspiration and creativity 💜 🌻

I'm so loving all these Resin mermaid DIYs! I thought if you blew the heat gun on resin it could start a fire. Do you know if there is any truth to that?? I'm asking to make sure before I try it. I want to try and make that huge mermaid. With the resin to make it look like waves. That huge mermaid you made is a beautiful piece art!! The only thing I'm gyto do different is to cut mine out on the scroll saw or the band saw. I will decide that when I see how thick the wood is I use. Thinner will be scroll saw and band saw for thicker wood. But thank you so much for this video as I'm doing my bathroom/laundry room ❤😀

The resin shouldn’t catch fire with the heat gun. If your resin is flash curing it might… that’s when it’s to hot and thick that it cures super fast. Good luck with your mermaid I hope it comes out amazing!
