Rough translation: I've been interested in fractals since I was 13 y o. I got the book from my father (the beauty of fractals). It's a book of mathematics and IT, which pictures that impressed me. I started drawing fractals with my hands and with my computer. Later in the 90s, fractal softwares were ergonomic and with the help of it, I could explore this topic. In 2009-2010, I got back to it because of the appearance of new generation fractals that are 3D. Why am I so interested in fractals ? It's because of the possibility to zoom up to the little infinity. There are new forms, new details. The process of the creation of my works, is the combination of coincidence and experience. I need to use a varied pallet to know what to do, especially since I do 3D impressions. Thanks to this technology, I can work on these objects (in GIMP), only on my display. As an engineer with the knowledge of materials and the process of production, I got used to this technique very quickly. Today, everybody can create fractals with a software. It's just as easy as taking pictures with your cellphone. However, you won't become a professional photographer when you take pictures on coincidence and without the right technique. It's the same with fractals. Thanks to 3D and the impressions of 3D, fractals have literally become ultimate. For me, fractals are a beauty and the purity or the universe
