I wanna go in a swimming club but my school doesn't have one and im scared of hurting myself and scared to try. Idk i probably dont have what it takes. Im scared of heights i dont know...

I go to a diving and swimming club and trust me you don't worry about height when you get used to it you will have your phobia gone

Do you think an adult can learn these things?

I am 63, just learned to dive last year and am now learning the back dive and somersaults. So...yes!

Yes but it isn't shown very well in the video they do no arm swings and the part about getting their feet vertical was bs she was leaning that why she went further out

unfortunately we don't even have a pool in our schools in Iran
