i found a great reason to why hinata would be dumb, its because of the trauma that he had because he found out that the only way he survived was because he was smart so when he was now safe in the other half of the world his brain took this as a sign to stop being so smart since he is no longer in danger and when he went to the other side remember that they took away any trait that he was from the farm including his memories so that can also explain it and why he doesn't have the numbers on his neck. good head cannon right
