Hola Simone and PB Familia! On January 14, 2020 I began suffering from excruciating pain on my lower back running down my legs. I was diagnosed with sciatic and a bulged disc. I was home bond for a whole year. Watching your videos on drills and tournaments is what got me through a year of pain and agony. When I returned to play PB a year later I couldn’t continue playing with the group that I once played with, as they put it “you need to move up”. Thanks to you and your team I’m now playing with stronger more advance players. Im now recovering from a bunionectomy. Once again I thank you for allowing me to be part of your PB family to continue to learn skills and drills from one of the best female players ever! Thank you!!! LS

You’re almost my twin! My sciatica was caused by super tight IT bands and piriformis syndrome from too much use (played 3-4 hours of PB and/or tennis daily) without enough stretching. Physical Therapy, taking time off the courts, Accupuncture and medication (Gabapentin) helped relieve sciatic pain and numbness. I also have a painful bunion but am resisting surgery. Sucks to get old and be 50+.

Love this "team" for demonstrating higher level skills concepts. I enjoy watching these just before going out to play or practice because I'm a visual learner. This reminds me to implement these strategies for purposeful practice and play.

I’m playing in my first tournament this weekend. You are one of the very few accomplished players of the game who offers such precise and therefore helpful coaching. Here’s to hoping that someday you see me and my doubles partner in a match! And if it’s with that Prince paddle, then all the better 😍

Thank you for your advise and wisdom on the 4th shot. I like to pick out one piece of strategy at a time to ready myself for a up coming tournament. 4th shot will be my focus going into the Beer City open. Thanks again! ☮️❤️& pickleball

Great advice about not ‘inviting’ your opponents to the kitchen line when they are both at the baseline already. I see it time and again ppl dropping a shot mid court or shorter thinking they “gotcha” only to see your opponent return that shot and bring their team up into an ‘equal’ position at kitchen and very often winning the rally or the point. When your opponents are back, KEEP a them BACK! Make them work hard to earn their way up to the NVZ

For a lot of bangers who don't dink, you might as well invite them into the kitchen, which is their least favourite room. I watched this video a few months ago and didn't absorb it fully. There's quite a bit here to digest, actually, at an advanced intermediate level.

I'm so glad to see you use the lob. I was told that no one uses that much anymore but I think it opens up the whole court and forces them into a defensive return vs attacking at the NVL. Thank you for your videos.

When you have two people up front both right hand. Should the one the left be alway crossing over to their partner side and get the ball because its there forehand
