    dude jumps off the wrong foot almost everytime... Other then that I like the workout! will defs use (6.5/6 small forward)

    Going off the wrong foot is taught now... Refs are more likely to call the foul. AND 1!

    This was great, I been tryin to find out about "how to improve dribbling skills basketball" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Have you ever come across - Xonayson Basketball Supremacy - (search on google ) ? Ive heard some pretty good things about it and my neighbour got excellent results with it.

    although his left foot up would be correct, it's good to train both so you can be open to any situation and more versatile
