I mean the 63 point game and this win were great. But there was also a 0 point game in a 3 game losing streak. So theres good and bad. They need to look at all options.

If Pierce isn't coaching the Raiders next year, he'll definitely be a head coach somewhere. This man's earned his shot!

@JoKer-eg3ur I see zero chance of that happening. If AP is not HC for the Raiders next year, he will be coaching somewhere else. He's not going from this to a demotion. No one should have to accept that, and the players wouldn't have it. If Davis hires Harbaugh, AP is gone. All you see here is gone. The entire atmosphere, and team will be different. If you think that's the way to proceed, that's fine. But there is zero chance AP stays behind as an assistant to anyone. It won't happen.

Been a fan for fifty seasons now. It's so good to see life in the franchise. We are likely not going to the playoffs this year but AP and his staff have the team going in the right direction. We need to improve the consistency of the offense but that will happen. Defense is playing physical and with energy. Love seeing what this team is doing. Well done Raiders.

OK, so I'm a lifetime Lions fan (which has been absolute unbridled misery until this season), but after watching the game today the Raiders are officially my #2 team. Antonio MF'n Pierce.. this guy is exactly the right man for the job. Even when this man was wearing an NYG uniform, he embodied the true spirit of the Raiders. Sometimes the right answer is right in front of your face.. don't overthink this one, Mark Davis. If you don't hire this man to be your permanent HC, I PROMISE you it will haunt you for years. Regardless of how it plays out in Vegas, this man is 100% going to be a HC sooner than later. And he's going to be a damn good one.

Thanks to the raiders defense.QB AOC didn’t do anything on offense, but it was good to see the O-line opening holes for Zaire White. He had a big game,rushing for about 140 yards. The defense scoring 2 touchdowns against Mahomes in 7 seconds,PRICELESS!!!!

Damn I’m ready to go through a brick wall right now, how can you not be proud to be a Raider fan right now and have a Coach like AP. Look things happen for a reason sometimes, Davis not keeping Bissacia and hittting rock bottom with Mctrash, maybe AP doesn’t happen. Raider we need to make it loud and clear to Mark Davis we want AP to stay and PG with GM Champ. Maybe Bo ain’t the right OC, but that’s the only thing that needs a change

Paying a quarterback top 10 money and having drives stall at the red zone was a huge issue. We didn't have the money to sign a Spillane or an Epps to better our defense with Carr there making 35-40 million
