Well, when he was a fighter he worked hard. He led by example as a fighter. Now he is a coach. He must lead as a coach. I coached track and field when I was younger. The kids had a coach that was old and out of shape and liked to bark orders. When I came in, I would actually join on the runs since I was training for marathon races. That earned their respect and they followed me because they knew I wasn't asking anything I wouldn't do myself in training. Much respect to Khabib and coach Javier.

They have a really good relationship because in another ego-driven gym this could cause a lot of conflicts.

Coach next time u walk in throw your shirt under the sink before you enter gym to avoid this problem.

Javier is much older then them young guns, he is 50. Wouldn’t be the best idea to train at their level. He will hurt himself. Train yes. Train like fighter, not a good idea. .
