To clarify the BYU RPO see the comment below as I've watched it more. It is an Inverted Veer Option read. The back goes wide and when the unblocked End follows him, the QB can run downhill now or throw to the TE if the Force defender triggers on the possibility of a run.
How close this game is, will depend on if CC can move BYU’s D line. Those beef eaters have not been moved yet this year. If CC can’t run, it will get ugly quickly. BYU is stuffing the run while playing 2 high safeties.
