Coach Dabul in lesson #3 with Sophie (4 y/o) and Isa (6 y/o)

I started a new project with Sophie (4)and Isabella (6) 2 weeks ago. They both are very athletic and they learn fast. We are working 100% in their technique (Fh/Bh/footwork/balance/coordination)

Love how they've been programed to do the same thing each time to create habit. So great.

Absolutely inspirational. This is where it all starts. Adults could improve their strokes by watching these two young players. I know I did. Notice the 6 yo looking to her right as she hits her forehand. Very good technique. She’s learning to keep her head steady and not to look at where the ball lands. And look at the way they side steps. They do this to keep their shoulders square with the net/court until they attack the ball. Excellent!

Great stuff and the question why the step in technique....teaches students to be able to hit the ball on the rise more often and great for timing skills.

I’m not saying he doesn’t know what he’s doing. He’s a amazing coach and real successful! Just had a question. I hope he can address it. I work with high level semi pro players. And just would never teach anyone the “step in”. You know all respect coach! Keep grinding love your content.
