I love these!

I love this collection!! I have the black Ali (striped) and another peach/pink one with the non striped lining. The quality is definitely better with the striped BUT it’s still amazing and better than today’s quality for sure. I have a whiskey vachetta leather mandy with the two pockets from ebay :) I love the this era of coach

Thank you for sharing!! I like this line the most. I’ve had unfortunate experiences with restored vintage coach (hardware falling apart) but agree the leather on those bags is incredible and wears like iron!

This is one bag to this day I regret not buying then. As you said it was a lot of and for someone in her early twenties I couldn’t do it. I keep looking for Coach to release something similar.

Gorgeous!! This collection will always be my favorite from Coach. And the legacy stripe lining…. 😍😍

I love the legacy bags. My understanding is the ones with the striped interior are the retail version whereas the ones with the pink or blue interior were for the outlet and had less quality materials. At least that is what I’ve read.

Recently thrifted the Ali Wiskey bag for $10 😮 Was going to resell but fell in love with it! Just out of curiosity if I would resell, what can ask for it? Mine is in mint condition. A tiny bit of stains in the lining. Nice video, thank you.

I just found a black version on Poshmark and put in an offer. Hopefully I'll have one soon b/c I've loved this style since I first saw it. Reminds of me the Fendi Mama Baguette.

I couldn’t agree with you more, this was the best collection they’ve ever had! I remember when it debuted and I saved my hard earned money to purchase the Ali. I later bought the Gigi, and those two bags I switched back and forth with since 2006 until 2020 when I purchased my first LV. Both bags are in the whiskey color, and both have aged so beautiful. I wore those two down so much I have them put away for safe keeping. They’re still in great condition, just don’t want anything to happen to them because they seriously were and are my everything.

I love this Video! I just received the Coach Legacy with the two pockets in light tan. I have polished the brass and cleaned the leather. Mine is a blue interior. Boy you were not kidding how hard the interior is to clean. I gave it a try and will get some dawn and try that. I've always wanted this bag when I was younger. At 50 now I know I needed this bag in my collection. I'm so happy I found one! Thanks for the Video! P.S. I agree Coach should run a spin on these bags!

Completely agree! Because you can literally dunk those bags in soapy water and clean them. I like the vintage Coach, these are my faves…but the originals are bulletproof and that suede rocks! Take care Gloria!! 🥰🥰🥰

For me it's the brass hardware. Coach brass is second to none, I just adore it!🥰 These are such beautiful bags, Jules. The striped lining is super fun too and of course the leather looks scrumptious. Love the pride that Coach put into making this line. It's beautiful!

Just came across this video randomly and it made me so happy to see it! I was just getting into Coach about the time this line came out. I was able to get a Bridget and a Leigh from it, both slightly used but in great condition (I always wanted the Gigi but it was out of my price range back then). I eventually gave them both up, they were just too heavy for me, but I have always loved the bags from this line and wish that I had kept them both. The legacy striped lining is TDF! I still have one little coin purse with that lining and seeing it makes me happy :)

Just bought the Ali on Poshmark for $100. What a deal. It will need cleaning but otherwise it appears to be in great shape.

I have a huge Legacy Peyton in red patent. Bought it new in the store in ? 2005-can’t remember. Never carry it but 💜

Julie, interested to know if you can you swap your Hippie bag strap to your first bag to make it a crossbody? And also, cleaned the interior satin lining with upholstery foam cleaner, looks amazing!

Hi Sharon! Oh I wish we could swap the straps but the strap on the hippie is permanently on the bag on one side. That’s a great idea though to use an upholstery foam cleaner! The white of the stripe can get dirty for sure! 🥰🥰🥰
