In May of 1989 I talked my wife into pacing a CNW train on US 30 west of Clinton IA so I could video it. It took a few takes to get the hang of it - like holding the video camera inside the car to minimize wind noise. In October of 2021 I posted two edited videos from this on the Chicago & North Western Railroad Fans Facebook group page. One party said he wished it was on Facebook. So, here it is! I posted the whole video from that outing, warts and all. Also in the middle is a run by of the train.
